SPRING BREAK! I found the perfect, quaint house in North Mission Beach, California; it didn't take long to convince my mom to rent the AirBnB for the week. We had incredible hosts, a bright clean home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and all the necessities for a perfect beach day - which was only a short walk away!

As a Senior at EHS, I have been working hard with a filmmaker, Jonathan Ramsey, who is mentoring me for my Capstone project. One of my first ideas for my final film was a concept based on travel - although I changed the basis of my film entirely, I dedicated my spring break to capturing footage along the coast of California. While we were in California, my brother and I walked to the Crystal Pier to film the surfers, biked and skated around Mission Beach, visited La Jolla, and enjoyed tacos! We also hosted a couple of dinners for our friends that live in the surrounding area. I can't wait to go back!!
